We spent 4 nights in impeccably clean and marvellous room with 2 double beds. Its service was excellent.

I liked the hotel, it was wonderful relaxing and fairly clean with stunning location next to the ocean. The stay was excellent.

The staff - some of them were very busy.

Had a huge and brand-new room with amazing terrace, 2 double beds, for example, and I couldn't ask for more. Stunning location, it was close enough to a beautiful beach on the outskirts of Costa Ballena, such as the dining area, and supermarket. The service was excellent, the breakfast was varied.

Their staff were abrupt.

The hotel was wonderful relaxing and the staff attentive, marvellous location really close to the beach. The room was great-sized and included a minibar, an electronic key card and a work desk. The meals were great! Our stay was an excellent experience.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the superb pool facilities, especially for the kids, with slides and other adventures to keep them entertained. The hotel also had a mini-club and great animation activities like aqua gym, ensuring there was always something fun to do. The staff were kind and accommodating, even going the extra mile to surprise me with a bottle of sparkling wine on my birthday. The hotel's beautiful spaces and clean rooms provided a comfortable and modern stay. the hotel's proximity to the beach, with a private entry, was a definite plus.

One drawback was the long queues and chaos at check-in and breakfast if you arrived later. It felt overwhelming, especially during holiday periods.
